Keeping Families Connected — Simply, Affordably and Reliably
At ConCallConnect, we believe staying connected with someone in a correctional facility shouldn’t be complicated or unnecessarily expensive.
Our service was created to make it easier and more affordable for families, friends and other important contacts to receive calls from incarcerated individuals across Canada.
CRTC Registered — An Added Level of Trust
ConCallConnect is registered with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
For our customers, this represents an important commitment to operating within Canada’s telecommunications regulatory framework.
Some smaller calling services may operate without the same regulatory oversight. ConCallConnect is committed to providing a professional, dependable service that families can feel confident using.

One Local Number. Up to Five Destination Numbers
One of the biggest advantages of ConCallConnect is our 5-number feature.
Many competing services are structured around a single destination phone number. That can become expensive when several family members or other contacts need to receive calls.
With ConCallConnect, one subscription can accommodate up to five registered destination numbers across North America.
That means a spouse, parent, sibling, other family member, friend or another important contact can all be included without requiring a separate subscription for every person.
How It Works
The incarcerated individual calls the ConCallConnect local number. Our system can then connect the call to one of the registered destination numbers associated with the account.
Up to five destination numbers can be registered to a single ConCallConnect account.
Important: This feature does not create a three-way or conference call. It provides multiple registered destinations that can receive calls through the service, subject to applicable institutional calling rules.
More Ways to Stay Connected
We understand that every family’s calling needs are different. That’s why ConCallConnect offers flexible options.
Our basic service is approximately $20 per month, with calls available at 10¢ per minute. We also offer an unlimited calling option for a flat fee, providing another choice for customers who expect to receive calls frequently.
The five-number feature can make ConCallConnect particularly cost-effective for families with several people who want to stay connected.
For example, instead of requiring three family members to maintain three separate subscriptions, one ConCallConnect subscription can support their registered destination numbers under the same account.

Connection Matters
A phone call can mean much more than a few minutes of conversation.
It can provide reassurance. Maintain family relationships. Help parents stay involved in their children’s lives. Give someone encouragement during a difficult time. And help preserve the relationships that will still matter when incarceration ends.
That’s why our goal is simple:
Make staying connected easier, more affordable and more dependable.
With CRTC registration, flexible calling options and the ability to register up to five destination numbers under one account, ConCallConnect provides families with a practical way to stay connected when connection matters most.
